C192 Studio

Privacy Policy

C192 Studio builds focused apps for viewing and reviewing files on iOS, macOS, and Android. This policy explains what we collect, what we do not collect, and how file processing works.

Last updated: July 16, 2026

1. Local File Processing

Our apps are designed to open, render, preview, and review supported files primarily on your device.

Your CAD, BIM, 3D model, drawing, and diagram files do not need to be uploaded to C192 Studio servers for normal viewing.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect the contents of files you open in our apps.

We do not use your project files, drawings, diagrams, or models for analytics, advertising, training, or profiling.

3. Limited Information That May Be Processed

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, message content, device details you choose to provide, and any attachments you intentionally send.

Apple, Google, or other platform providers may provide crash reports, diagnostics, purchase status, or subscription information according to your platform settings and their policies.

4. Third-Party Services

App downloads, payments, subscriptions, refunds, analytics, crash diagnostics, and related platform features may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, or other third-party services.

Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and account settings.

5. Data Retention

Files you open remain on your device unless you choose to share, export, delete, or move them using system or app features.

Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain records, and improve support quality.

6. Contact
