C192 Studio
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published under the C192 Studio brand and to related customer support. Our apps do not require an account and are designed to process files and other user content locally on your device.
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Information Our Apps Do Not Collect
Our apps do not create user accounts and do not automatically collect or transmit personal information, IP addresses, device identifiers, device or operating system information, usage data, analytics data, or crash logs to C192 Studio.
Our apps do not include advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. We do not sell personal information or use user data for advertising, profiling, or artificial intelligence training.
2. Local Processing and Storage
Files, drawings, diagrams, models, calculation inputs, results, annotations, and other content you use in our apps are processed locally on your device. Our apps do not upload this content to C192 Studio or third-party servers and do not provide cloud synchronization or online data lookup services.
Locally stored content remains under your control. You can remove it using the app's available controls, your device's file-management features, or by uninstalling the app, as applicable. Files stored outside the app may remain until you delete them from their storage location.
If you choose to use an operating-system feature or a separate third-party service, such as device backup, cloud storage, file sharing, or email, that service may process your content under its own terms and privacy policy. C192 Studio does not control those services.
3. Customer Support Communications
If you contact us by email, we receive the email address, message content, and any files or other information you voluntarily include. This information is provided directly by you and is not collected automatically by our apps.
We use support communications only to respond to your request, investigate the issue you report, protect our rights, and maintain necessary support records. Please do not send confidential files or personal information that is not necessary for us to assist you.
4. Downloads, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Our apps may be downloaded for free and may offer optional subscriptions or one-time purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized platform.
The platform processes account, payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. C192 Studio does not directly collect or store your full payment-card details.
5. Disclosure and Service Providers
Because our apps do not collect user data, we do not disclose app-collected personal information to advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Support emails may be processed by the email and hosting service providers needed to deliver and store those communications. We may also disclose support information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the rights and safety of C192 Studio, our users, or others.
6. Retention and Deletion
C192 Studio does not retain files or other content processed locally by our apps. You control the retention and deletion of that content on your device.
We retain support communications only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a support communication, subject to any information we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons.
7. Security
Keeping app content on your device reduces the need to transmit it over the internet. You are responsible for protecting access to your device, local files, backups, and any third-party storage locations you choose to use.
No method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure. We use reasonable safeguards for support communications in our possession, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Our apps are general-purpose tools and are not directed specifically to children. Because the apps do not create accounts or collect personal information, they do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support email, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information you voluntarily provide through customer support, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
To make a privacy request, email support@c192.studio. We may need to verify that the request relates to an email address or communication associated with you. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our apps, practices, platform requirements, or applicable law. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date shown above.
11. Contact
